MedTask is unique because it was designed using software as a Service (SaaS) technology and is truly web-based. Other solutions have tried to “webify” their solutions, but they restrict where they can run and often require updates. Because MedTask is web-based, you can access your patient information and medical billing 24-hours a day from any computer, PC or MAC. All you need is an Internet connection, high speed or dial-up.

MedTask’s SaaS platform means you will never need to deal with software updates, system crashes, servers or confusing programs. MedTask’s engineers have more than 26 years of experience; let them handle your computer needs. You have enough to do managing your business without having to be a software engineer, computer technician and network administrator. With your data housed on MedTask’s servers, MedTask personnel act as your own IT department.

Training and Support

MedTask is committed to providing the resources needed to ensure your success. We want to take care of you, so MedTask provides training and free ongoing support for our system.

Neither you nor your staff will be bothered by the transition to MedTask because MedTask is easy to learn, simple to use, and a MedTask representative will guide you through this process. MedTask trainers understand your needs and will show you how to quickly make the change to MedTask without interrupting your workflow. To make sure that the training fits in your schedule, MedTask representatives will train you online and have you submitting claims the same day.

MedTask is easy to use, but should you ever need help or need a question answered, MedTask support staff will be there for you. You can reach MedTask support online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply send a quick e-mail and MedTask personnel will respond quickly. MedTask’s normal business hours, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST.
